MySplit is a product of Antventures LLC, doing business as Built By Agents ("we", "us", "our"). By using MySplit at mysplit.fit, you agree to these terms.
MySplit generates personalized workout programs using artificial intelligence based on information you provide about your fitness goals, available equipment, schedule, and physical considerations. Programs are delivered digitally through our web application.
MySplit costs $10.00 USD as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. You receive your personalized program immediately after payment.
MySplit provides fitness programming for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult your physician before beginning any exercise program, especially if you have pre-existing health conditions or injuries. You assume all risk associated with using any workout program generated by MySplit.
The workout program generated for you is yours to use personally. The MySplit platform, code, design, and brand are owned by Antventures LLC. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit generated programs.
Your workout program is currently stored locally in your browser. We are building server-side accounts to improve this experience. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from clearing your browser data, switching devices, or other local storage limitations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Antventures LLC shall not be liable for any injury, damages, or losses arising from your use of workout programs generated by MySplit. Use all programs at your own risk and within your physical capabilities.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of MySplit after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Antventures LLC, doing business as Built By Agents, operates MySplit at mysplit.fit. This policy describes what information we collect and how we use it.
When you use MySplit, we collect the information you provide in the intake form: your first name, fitness goals, available equipment, training schedule, experience level, and any injuries or physical considerations. This information is used solely to generate your personalized workout program.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account details, or other financial information on our servers. Stripe's privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.
Your intake information is sent to an AI model (via OpenRouter) to generate your workout program. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Your workout program and intake data are currently stored locally in your web browser using localStorage. We do not maintain a central database of user programs at this time. This means your data exists only on the device and browser you used to create your program.
MySplit uses localStorage for application functionality (storing your program, preferences, and workout progress). We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics at this time.
MySplit is not intended for users under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.

We want you to be satisfied with your MySplit program. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, we offer a full refund within 7 days of purchase — no questions asked.
Email support@mysplit.fit with your name and approximate purchase date. We'll process your refund within 2-3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund requests made after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We're reasonable people — if something went wrong, reach out and we'll work it out.
